Please note that a person over the age of 18 must be present at the time of delivery. We can not deliver wine to unattended premises. Australian laws prevents us from selling wine to anyone under the age of 18 years old. Please confirm you are of legal age to purchase wine when completing the order form.Australian sales only.

These terms and conditions govern all supply of goods and services produced by Flaxman. ("Flaxman", "we, "us") to you, the purchaser of goods and services from us, including your use of the website at www.flaxmanwines.com.au ("the website"). They are effective from 1 January 2023 and will replace all earlier Flaxman Wines Pty Ltd terms of trade and any conditions contained in any document you use and purporting to have contractual effect.We reserve the right to change these terms of trade by notice to you. Notice may be given by posting the revised terms and conditions on our website.
To make a purchase from our online shop you must be 18 years of age or over.
If you are purchasing on behalf of another entity, such as a company, you warrant you have the authorisation to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the entity.
Availability and supply
All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services. If, for any reason, a Product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online shop. Payment must be received before the wine will be dispatched.Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers will be sent out to the address and or email address advised upon receipt of funds being received into our bank. Terms and Conditions are advised on the back of the voucher, and the voucher must be confirmed at the time of your booking. Our Cancellation Policy for our Long Lunches will be sent to you upon your reservation. Vouchers are valid for the date advised on the voucher unless alternative arrangements have been made with us. Vouchers are not transferable.Delivery and Delivery Charges
Delivery and delivery charges Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges (insurance not included and can be purchased seperately when ordering). The cost of delivery is as stated on our website, and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary in your online shopping basket.We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders for tangible goods will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed (weather permitting). We recommend insurance to cover and loss or breakage - additional cost).
Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax ("GST") & Wine Equalisation Tax ("WET") unless stated to be otherwise but are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.An invoice will be emailed to you at the address you supply when placing your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct.
Payment options
We accept the following credit cards:Visa, MasterCard and payments via bank transfer. Please contact us for bank account details.
Credit Card Security
When purchasing from Flaxman Wines, card details are transmitted through a secure server using LiveEftpos & Stripe. Card data is not kept by Flaxman Wines after processing. Please note We Do Not Accept AMEX.Shipping and delivery
- Once you have completed your purchases, shipping will be calculated depending on your delivery address.
- Once you have placed your order with us, we send our wine out on Tuesday/Wednesday of each week (weather permitting - we will not send wine in extreme heat). We will advise you of any delays.
- We send our wine with Australia Post. A tracking email will be sent with the details from Australia Post directly to the email address provided at checkout. Please contact us directly if you have specific delivery requirements.
- Insurance to cover any loss or breakage is additional - Please add insurance to your order if you prefer.

If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us via any of the means provided on our contact page.
Privacy policy and Confidentiality
We acknowledge and respect the privacy of our customers. Unless you opt to receive messages from us, we will not contact you again in future. If you have opted to receive ongoing communications and at a later date you no longer wish to receive these communications, you will be able to opt-out of receiving this information by contacting us by email or by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of emails sent to you.
Opting out of receiving the above-mentioned messages will not prevent the sending of messages that specifically relate to your order(s).

Unless any provision in this agreement expressly provides otherwise, these terms and conditions are not intended to confer a benefit on any person or class of person who is not a party to it.
