Flaxman Long Leisurely Lunch Amongst The Vines - Now Available Thursday to Sunday

Our Long Leisurely Lunch overlooking our vineyard is now available each week for private groups of 6 to 12 people and is available for bookings on Thursday through to Sunday. Please note a minimum of 72 hours is required. It is a five-course degustation paired with wines grown and produced from our vineyard & surrounds. The menu is based on what Col can source from the local Barossa markets, producers, and what is in season. It is designed for you to sit back, relax and take in the views while enjoying some excellent food and wine with family & friends. It is not a rushed affair but a wonderful relaxed, and unique intimate dining experience for you to enjoy. Located in the picturesque Eden Valley, it is a hidden gem of the Barossa.

We offer 3 levels of dining options for you to enjoy.

Cost - $195pp - 5 courses with current release wines
Cost - $245pp - 5 courses with Museum Wines
Cost - $275pp - 5 courses with Museum & Premium Wines

Menu variation is possible for vegetarian/pescatarian as long as we are advised upon booking. Due to the unique intimate dining experience of our long lunches, please ensure your group are aware that any food preferences will change the menu for the whole table. Unfortunately, we cannot cater to a vegan menu unless the whole table partakes.

Lunch starts at 12.30 pm for canapes and a glass of wine or sparkling and continues on with a surprise 5-course degustation paired with our wine.

We can recommend accommodation and taxi's for your group if you would like any assistance - please don't hesitate to ask as we have some wonderful recommendations.

On what days are your lunches available

Thursdays & Fridays - Noon to 3.30pm | Saturdays Noon to 4pm | Sundays Noon to 3.30pm - 48/72 Hours notice required

Why do you take credit cards to secure bookings?

We are a small venue with very limited passing trade and therefore depend to a very high degree on our reservations. Failure to honour reservations have a significant impact on us as a business and therefore we take credit card details to secure reservations and ask that you confirm, cancel or change within required timeframe.

Can you cater for a Vegan / Vegetarian / Pescatarian

Yes we can cater for a vegetarian/pescatarian person, but prior notice must be given upon booking.

A vegan menu can be enjoyed, but the whole table must participate in the vegan menu.

Do you cater for weddings and / or rehersal dinners

Yes we do. We can highly recommend a number of wonderful wedding suppliers to ensure your day is amazing. We can cater your wedding and/or your rehersal lunches for your small group of friends and family.

Can you cater to children

We have high chairs available and food available suitable for children with our lite bite option. Children can attend a private lunch, but please be aware that we cannot cater for them seperately. If they can partake in the menu offered, they are welcome to join us.
