Cellar Door & Winery Update
We are pretty chuffed to be included in the latest James Halliday Top 100 Wines for 2023.
The Stranger 2020 was awarded 96 points in the Top 20 red wines over $40 and is now available for tasting in our Cellar Door & Winery.
Only 50 dozen cases were made of this wine and it won't last long.
New Fortified Wine
Now Available
For 18 years this fortified Riesling has been resting in barrel. Gaining complexity and slowly turning into that classic tawny colour.
2005 was a wonderful vintage and we are proud to offer you a truly unique wine from that vintage. Available for tasting in our Cellar Door & Winery

Our Barossa Story
Our story is one of making the bold move of buying a vineyard (Col did this without telling his wife, Fiona), moving interstate, changing career paths, and building a space to share their passion for this beautiful region and the world-class wine & food it produces.
The property consists of Riesling, Shiraz & Semillon, all planted around 1929. Grapes are also purchased from like-minded growers nearby to add to the line-up of wines available. Colin now makes all the wine onsite except the Riesling. Tastings are available each week from Thursday to Sunday in the Cellar Door & Winery - Bookings are preferred but not essential.Over time, Colin’s first career as a builder has come in very handy at Flaxman. He has built the cellar door, outdoor kitchen, pergola to house the 4.5metre long table, and built a pizza oven.
