It manages to fulfil a flavour profile of great complexity yet remain tight and linear.  Moiuthwatering prosciutto aromas, pomegranate, licorice tea, earth and menthol plus satsuma plums, cherries and pips.  The medium-lighter frame is ultra-refreshing, the bright acidity sees to that with fine tannins to close.
